Israeli AI inventory company Onebeat is working with California-based retail execution and communication platform Zipline to help retailers close the gap between HQ strategy and in-store performance.
By combining real-time SKU-level inventory decisions with seamless store communication and execution, the partnership gives retailers a more responsive, aligned and profitable way to operate and optimise their inventory.
Retailers face growing pressure to adapt quickly to shifting demand, while maintaining consistency across hundreds of locations. With Onebeat and Zipline, they now have a connected system that ensures smart inventory recommendations are understood and acted on by store teams, at speed and at scale.
“Forecasting isn’t enough anymore,” said Yishai Ashlag, CEO of Onebeat. “Retailers need to be able to leverage the real-time, store-specific data already available to them. More importantly, they need the tools and capability to act on those data quickly and consistently. That’s what this partnership delivers. By connecting Onebeat’s dynamic AI-driven inventory decisions with Zipline’s execution platform, we’re closing the loop between insight and action and empowering retailers to move faster, perform better and stay ahead of demand.”
While Onebeat delivers real-time, AI-powered inventory optimisation – including dynamic allocation, pricing and replenishment decisions – Zipline ensures these strategies are communicated clearly and executed consistently across all stores.

The impact of the partnership is already clear. Busy Beaver (busybeaver.com), a rapidly growing home improvement retailer with more than 19 locations across Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, adopted the integration to optimise store-to-store inventory transfers. By connecting Onebeat’s real-time recommendations to actionable tasks in Zipline, Busy Beaver streamlined product moves between stores, reducing excess stock while ensuring customers find what they need on the shelves.
“With Onebeat and Zipline working together, we’re not just identifying transfer opportunities, we’re actually getting them done at the store level, quickly and correctly,” said Adam Gunnett, director at Busy Beaver. “It’s a game changer for us because it connects our strategy directly to the frontline in a way that’s simple and actionable.”
Melissa Wong, CEO of Zipline, added: “At Zipline, we believe that store execution is everything. This integration gives retailers the agility to act on real-time data in the flow of day-to-day work so they can move faster. It’s about connecting strategy to the frontline so teams can execute with consistency, even as conditions change.”
