Singapore Post (SingPost) and Fullerton Health have partnered to create an integrated healthcare delivery ecosystem. The partnership aims to address the logistics needs of Singapore’s ageing population by combining postal infrastructure with clinical expertise.

The collaboration will focus on the delivery of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies to residential neighbourhoods. It aligns with national health initiatives that prioritises community-anchored care and “ageing in place.” SingPost intends to use its nationwide delivery network to ensure medical supplies reach households across the island.

For SingPost, the move represents a strategic diversification of its logistics portfolio, identifying healthcare as a primary growth sector alongside its existing e-commerce operations. Fullerton Health will provide the clinical oversight and pharmaceutical management required for medical-grade supply chains.

“The MOU signifies our intention to leverage on our extensive logistics and warehousing capabilities to build innovative solutions with Fullerton Health’s clinical expertise,” said Mark Chong, CEO of SingPost. He added that the infrastructure would serve the future of medicine delivery in Singapore.

Singapore is expected to become a “super-aged” society in 2026, increasing the demand for resilient medical supply chains. The two companies will now evaluate how to facilitate more efficient medication fulfilment within local communities.
