AI-native transportation management platform provider Shipsy and technology consultant Tech Mahindra have announced a partnership to expedite AI-led innovation across Europe’s supply chain industry.
The partnership combines Shipsy’s AI-native logistics orchestration with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in digital transformation, including end-to-end supply chain offerings and enterprise-grade system integration enabling businesses to achieve efficiency amid surging ecommerce demands.
“Supply chains today are under immense pressure to balance cost, speed and sustainability while navigating geopolitical uncertainties and the surging demand of global ecommerce,” said Harshul Asnani, president of Indian firm Tech Mahindra’s European business. “Our partnership with Shipsy helps customers navigate this by building an AI-native supply chain ecosystem that empowers businesses to operate with precision, agility and resilience. Guided by our AI Delivered Right strategy, we are embedding responsible and scalable AI into logistics workflows to unlock productivity, transformation and innovation for our customers.”
Tech Mahindra (www.techmahindra.com) is a specialist in building AI-native supply chain ecosystems, with nearly two decades of experience in transforming global logistics providers and Fortune 500 shippers. Leveraging deep domain expertise and AI capabilities, Tech Mahindra has enabled users to enhance visibility, optimise operations and achieve intelligent decision-making.
A highlight of the partnership is its role in empowering Smiths News (smithsnews.co.uk), a UK newspaper and magazine distributor, to diversify its early-morning portfolio and ensure AI-driven precision for deliveries. The UK has the third largest ecommerce market in the world. Hence, the Shipsy-Tech Mahindra partnership should impact retailers and logistic service providers in the UK.
“We are delighted to partner with Tech Mahindra to bring AI-native options to the European supply chain landscape,” said Soham Chokshi, CEO of Shipsy. “This alliance will enable enterprises to scale intelligently, make logistics management autonomous and deliver exceptional customer experiences.”
Shipsy (www.shipsy.io) operates from London, Amsterdam, Riyadh, Dubai, Singapore and Sydney, with innovation hubs in India.
