Polish warehouse automation specialist Nomagic and Swiss online retailer Brack.Alltron have expanded their partnership to deploy Vision-Language-Action (VLA) systems in live warehouse operations. The move follows previous deployments of robotic solutions for order picking and packing at Switzerland’s second-largest e-commerce platform.

The integration of VLA technology is intended to allow robots to navigate complex environments and adapt to inventory changes with higher levels of autonomy. The systems are designed to support warehouse activity during nights and weekends, including Sunday shifts, to manage peak demand periods without increasing human staff requirements.

The technology is based on a physical AI platform that learns from operational data. This allows the hardware to handle millions of product variations while requiring minimal manual intervention. The expansion comes as Nomagic increases its research and development presence in Switzerland, recently hiring a Chief Scientist from Google DeepMind.

“In the past, our goal was simply to minimise manual intervention,” said Roland Brack, Founder and Owner of Brack.Alltron. “Today, we are seeing robots that truly understand their environment. This intelligence allows us to run autonomous shifts through nights and Sundays, ensuring we stay ahead of peak demand.”
