Danish logistics giant Maersk’s ecommerce delivery services are available in North America directly through Missouri-based Shipstore’s automation platform for high-volume parcel shippers.
As online shopping continues to grow, businesses are looking for simpler ways to manage shipping, meet customer expectations and expand into new markets. Through this integration, Shipstore customers can now access Maersk’s North American delivery services within the platform they already use to manage orders and shipments, helping them save time and reduce complexity.
By combining Shipstore’s technology with Maersk’s logistics capabilities in North America, customers should be able to manage shipping more easily, access additional delivery options and create a better experience.
“Customers are looking for shipping options that are easy to use and can grow alongside their business,” said Prashant Shah, head of ecommerce for North America at Maersk. “Through our collaboration with Shipstore, we’re making it easier for online businesses to connect with Maersk’s delivery network through a platform they already know and trust. Together, we’re helping customers simplify shipping and deliver a better experience for the people they serve.”
The collaboration reflects Maersk’s ongoing investment in digital technology that makes it easier for customers to access logistics services.
Shipstore gives high volume shippers one control layer, applying their own business rules to every order and generating labels, documentation and tracking in a single workflow. Shippers with a Maersk delivery programme can execute that volume in Shipstore alongside their existing carriers, gaining more flexibility in how they fulfil orders and serve their customers. The integration helps businesses spend less time managing shipping processes and more time focusing on growth.
“Our goal is to make shipping easier for businesses of all sizes,” said Nick Osbern, president of Shipstore. “Adding Maersk’s delivery capabilities to the Shipstore platform gives our customers access to a trusted logistics provider, while allowing them to continue managing shipping through a single, familiar platform. Together, we’re helping businesses reach more customers and grow with confidence.”
The partnership strengthens Maersk’s position in the growing ecommerce logistics sector, where the company continues to invest in digital capabilities, platform integrations and end-to-end delivery options that help customers simplify supply chains and improve the online shopping experience for consumers. With a focus on simplifying ecommerce logistics, Maersk helps brands across North America streamline inventory, fulfilment, transportation and final-kilometre delivery through a single integrated platform. In North America, Maersk delivers more than ten million ecommerce parcels annually.
