French third-party logistics firm Ceva Logistics is piloting two autonomous vehicles at its Blue Hub facility in Singapore for intra-hub operation.

The two electric Zelostech Z10 vehicles are autonomously transporting pallets, totes and other inventory across different floors using the building’s existing multi-level ramp infrastructure. By automating these movements, Ceva aims to improve operational agility, optimise the use of staging areas and enable inventory transfers to be scheduled more flexibly according to operational demand.

Based on the current trial results, the autonomous vehicles are expected to reduce CO₂ emissions by at least 4600kg annually while improving operational efficiency.

The project stems from the 2025 CMA CGM Startup Awards, co-organised by Zebox, the international innovation accelerator of Ceva’s parent company, the CMA CGM Group. As an award winner, Zelostech received funding to develop a proof of concept with CMA CGM, paving the way for its collaboration with Ceva on supply chain applications.

The project is taking place at Ceva’s Singapore Blue Hub, an eight-story, 50,000-square-metre facility serving high-demand luxury, beauty, retail and healthcare customers. Recognised as Asia’s first BiodiverCity-labelled building and Leed Gold certified, it already incorporates a range of technologies, including goods-to-person systems, automated guided vehicles, picking and robotics.

Insights gathered during the Singapore deployment will inform the potential rollout of autonomous mobility across Ceva facilities globally.

“At Ceva, innovation is embedded in our strategy,” said Chris Walton, senior vice president at Ceva Logistics. “By encouraging teams across our global network to experiment with new technologies and share best practices, we are building smarter, more resilient supply chains and preparing our operations for the future.”

Terry Zhou, managing director of Zelostech, added; “Autonomous logistics is moving beyond individual vehicle demonstrations and into increasingly complex commercial operations. The collaboration with Ceva Logistics demonstrates how autonomous vehicles can work alongside existing warehouse automation and infrastructure to address real operational needs.”

Headquartered in Marseille, France, Ceva Logistics (www.cevalogistics.com) offers contract logistics and air, ocean, ground and finished vehicle transport in 170 countries worldwide thanks to its 110,000 employees at 1700 facilities. With 2025 revenue of $18.3bn, it is part of the CMA CGM Group.

Singapore-based Zelostech (zelostech.ai) specialises in robovans and autonomous driving technology, pioneering large-scale commercial deployment of autonomous logistics across open and closed road environments. Powered by its map-free L4 full-stack proprietary technology, more than 25,000 of its autonomous logistics vehicles are in active operation worldwide, accumulating nearly 180 million kilometres.
