RAEDIAN has announced its next generation of smart public EV charging stations at the InterSolar EXPO.2024 event in Munich, Germany. The company’s Gemini Series smart public charging station solution features an aluminum alloy molding process with what the company describes as a stylish, anti-rust design to extend product live to more than 10 years.
The Dual-Socket power distribution allows alternating charging and average power distribution between two charging interfaces. Standard electronic locks and shutters protect against accidental touches and guarantee charge safety, according to RAEDIAN. It is also designed to prevent loosening, damage, and theft of charging guns. An 8-inch high-resolution advertising screen offers interaction and experience.
Other RAEDIAN technology presented at the event includes the company’s DLM (dynamic load management) function, which monitors electrical loads in real-time. It can dynamically adjust the output of charging power, protects electrical safety in real time, and improves electrical efficiency, according to the company.
A Solar Smart Charger function achieves self-consumption of photovoltaic power generation through an extended SC KIT and supporting software. RAEDIAN claims it reduces electricity costs by over 50 percent.
MID metering provides cost-effectiveness and eliminates the need for separate installation of electricity meters. A free charging management system allows operators to independently manage charging stations, including real-time status monitoring, categorized management of charging users, metering and billing, and other functions.
An Installer app supports diversified online inquiries, product datasheet searches, installation video guidance, Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) redirection, and more. This app makes installation, operation, and maintenance simple and enables cost-effective operation for customers, RAEDIAN claims.
