Youxin Technology has signed an agreement to join “SuiZhiZheng,” the city of Guangzhou’s AI platform for government affairs. The agreement positions the company as an ecosystem partner alongside technology firms including Huawei, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud.

The initiative is part of Guangzhou’s smart city framework, which includes “SuiHaoBan” for citizen services and “SuiZhiGuan” for city governance. Youxin, a software-as-a-service provider, will focus on data governance and business process automation to support the city’s unified AI infrastructure.

According to data from the Guangzhou Municipal Government Affairs Data Administration (GMGADA), the platform has already automated data-cataloguing processes, reducing manual workloads by 90%. The integration of AI agents into the city’s public hotline has also resulted in a 17% increase in service efficiency.

The platform currently operates 28 AI agents across 55 urban scenarios. The municipal government plans to expand this to 50 AI agents and 100 application scenarios by the end of 2026. Youxin’s role will involve exploring AI-enabled solutions to streamline administrative workflows and public service delivery.

Shaozhang Lin, Chief Executive Officer of Youxin Technology, said: “Government digital transformation represents an important application area for AI and data technologies. This partnership reflects confidence in our data processing expertise and may serve as a meaningful step toward our long-term public sector growth.”
