I Squared Capital to acquire Ramudden Global

I Squared Capital is acquiring Swedish firm Ramudden Global, an international provider of traffic management and infrastructure safety services.
According to regulatory filings, the acquisition will support Ramudden’s next phase of growth across North America and Europe. Ramudden operates over 190 depots in 13 countries, providing services for road, utility, and broader infrastructure works.
The company has a joint annual turnover of more than $1.2 billion, with two-thirds of its operations in Europe and the remaining third split between Canada and the United States.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026 subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
Miami-based I Squared Capital has a portfolio that includes over 90 companies operating in more than 70 countries, spanning sectors such as energy, utilities, digital infrastructure, transport, environmental, and social infrastructure.
