The Delaware Department of Transportation has implemented a new tolling back office system, replacing its legacy system with a modern architecture designed to process high transaction volumes with precision. The system, developed by TransCore, went live on schedule and has received system acceptance.

The Integrity Back Office System consolidates toll processing, account management, image review, violations processing, and financial reporting into a unified platform that allows agencies to operate more efficiently. The system includes several next-generation capabilities, including enhanced customer self-service and intelligent Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.

According to the Delaware Department of Transportation, the upgrade will improve the customer experience and implement important upgrades to how tolls are assessed and collected. “This upgrade improves the customer experience and has implemented important upgrades to how tolls are assessed and collected,” said Shanté Hastings, Secretary of Transportation for the Delaware Department of Transportation.
