Video AIoT provider Dahua Technology has unveiled a range of new smart city products at the 2025 Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona.

The new products cover urban safety, mobility, city governance, and ecological protection.

The company presented a set of large-scale AI models entitled Xinghan. These integrate vision, multimodal, and language intelligence to enable autonomous decision-making in public safety, traffic management, and environmental monitoring.

Dahua also presented urban safety and traffic management solutions. The urban safety solution provides a unified city operation centre integrating cameras, radars, and IoT sensors for real-time monitoring and emergency response.

The company’s new urban traffic management system features dynamic signal control, AI-based incident detection, and advanced speed enforcement technologies.

Dahua has also launched a city governance solution that connects multiple modules into a unified network with AI-enabled text-image search and large language model interaction.

Max Huang, Dahua Project Director of Government Business, said that Xinghan Large-scale AI Models will enable city operators to “better understand their cities and make them truly safer, smoother, and more sustainable.”
