Climate control manufacturer DELLA has introduced four new commercial property HVAC systems designed for scalable building environments. The new line-up includes cassette, ducted, central, and floor-ceiling units aimed at retail, office, and hospitality sectors.

The cassette systems feature a 360-degree airflow design with a 22 SEER2 efficiency rating, incorporating smart features such as app control and geo-location automation. The ducted units use ultra-slim 7.9-inch air handlers to fit restricted ceiling spaces in new constructions or renovations, supporting multi-zone airflow.

For larger facilities, the company’s central AC systems utilise inverter heat pump technology to adjust output dynamically, reducing energy consumption compared to fixed-speed units. These systems are compatible with RS485 and 24V communication protocols for integration into existing building management systems. They also include dual safety monitoring for refrigerant leak detection.

“Commercial comfort isn’t just about cooling a space, it’s about creating an environment where people can work, shop, and thrive without distraction,” said Raymond P., CEO of DELLA.

The floor-ceiling units are designed for irregular layouts where traditional wall-mounted systems are impractical. All units in the new range include fresh air intake capabilities to meet commercial ventilation and indoor air quality requirements.
