Robotics manufacturer XTEND has produced seven hardware platforms across five global facilities in a single week, demonstrating the scale of its distributed manufacturing network.

The concurrent roll-out of seven separate platforms illustrated the strength of combining localised manufacturing with a centralised manufacturing operating system, according to the company’s CEO, Aviv Shapira.

The production run spanned factories in the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Latvia, and Israel. The manufactured systems included the XTENDER, STRIKER, M6F, X100, Scorpio Lite, AtlasPRO, and RACER platforms, which are deployed for defence, security, and industrial inspection missions.

All seven robotic models operate on a unified proprietary software architecture called XOS, allowing the hardware platforms to share operational data and control interfaces. XTEND has deployed more than 12,500 robotic systems across 30 countries, utilising its regional manufacturing hubs to meet localised hardware demand.

The production milestone follows a February 2026 agreement in which XTEND announced plans to merge with JFB Construction Holdings in an all-stock transaction.
