Industrial IoT provider Treon has launched a predictive maintenance platform to provide a migration path for users of the Amazon Monitron condition monitoring system.

The new platform, Treon Flow, is built on core Amazon Monitron technologies adopted by the company in 2025. It is engineered to monitor material handling equipment and balance-of-plant assets, utilising sensor data and analytics to detect abnormal machinery behaviour and reduce unplanned downtime across large industrial fleets.

Treon Flow expands upon the original Amazon architecture by integrating site-wide asset health visibility, updated workflow management, and advanced fault detection analytics. The system is designed to maintain the existing operational processes used by current Monitron customers while offering discounted subscriptions to facilitate the transition.
