Orbia Advance Corporation’s precision agriculture division, Netafim, has launched a smart irrigation and fertigation controller aimed at small and mid-sized farming operations.

The GrowSphere FLEX hardware features built-in cellular connectivity and flexible configurations designed for open fields, orchards, greenhouses, and nurseries. The system allows growers to remotely manage water and nutrient distribution while monitoring field performance through connected sensors.

The controller is engineered to operate in challenging hydraulic conditions and supports soil-based systems. It provides cloud-based reporting and crop-stage recommendations to assist farmers in optimising resource efficiency and reducing manual labour.

Gaby Miodownik, president of Orbia Netafim, said the controller provides practical tools for farmers to manage their operations with greater control and visibility.
