Nexteer Automotive is to build an Intelligent Manufacturing Project in Suzhou, China. The company has signed an MoU with the city’s Administrative Committee.

A new state-of-the-art intelligent manufacturing facility will be built on 10 hectares of land. The construction area will be approximately 70,000 square meters.

The new factory will be designed and constructed based on the “Smart + Green” philosophy. It will integrate high-standard facilities with intelligent production lines.

The new site wll significantly expand Nexteer’s production capacity for advanced motion control solutions. These will include electric power steering and steer-by-wire technologies that align with the broader mobility landscape.
