Dassault Systèmes has launched three virtual assistants for its 3DEXPERIENCE platform designed to automate program management, engineering, and simulation tasks in industrial environments.

The tools, named AURA, LEO, and MARIE, are integrated into the company’s cloud-based infrastructure. They are designed to assist human workers in developing products and managing factory operations by using 19 specific technical competencies. These include managing industrial workflows across product design, manufacturing, and bioscience.

The assistants operate on the OUTSCALE cloud and AI network, which Dassault Systèmes operates across three continents. The company stated that the system uses structured industry data to interpret user intent and execute tasks within a science-based digital environment.

“Virtual Twin Factories are the new factories bringing together virtual companions as workers on par with humans,” said Pascal Daloz, CEO and Chairman of Dassault Systèmes. He added that the system uses predefined industry models to automate processes.

The launch is part of a broader move toward “Virtual Twin Factories,” where digital models of physical assets are used to monitor and optimise production. Dassault Systèmes currently provides these digital twin and product lifecycle management solutions to approximately 390,000 customers globally.
