Canoga Perkins has established a customer experience centre for its private 5G network connectivity solutions at the BLOQUE innovation hub in Querétaro, Mexico. The technology has been adopted by Querétaro to support its goal of becoming a global hub for advanced manufacturing and industry automation.
The SyncMetra platform is a software-defined, IT-operated 5G network transport solution that offers ultra-low latency for next-generation industrial applications.
The platform offers deterministic networking capabilities, which provide guaranteed quality of service (QoS) for real-time industrial communication. This supports mission-critical applications such as robotic control, enterprise AI, and AR/VR in manufacturing and automation.
Canoga Perkins’ SyncMetra platform has also been demonstrated to support ultra-reliable low-latency (URLLC) communications, which are critical for precise packet delivery in mission-critical automation. The solution is designed for easy use through cloud-managed orchestration via the SyncMetra Manager (SMM).
The deployment of private 5G technology at BLOQUE is expected to facilitate digital transformation and innovation in the region.
