Azilen Technologies has expanded its industrial IoT and edge computing services, focusing on sensorisation of factory-floor machinery to generate real-time operational data.

The company has developed a multi-protocol IIoT gateway ecosystem that currently connects more than 100 manufacturing machines. The architecture, which supports MQTT, HTTPS, and OPC UA protocols, manages over 80 industrial gateways and processes approximately 70 gigabytes of telemetry data per machine annually.

Azilen’s recent deployments include a retrofit edge computing platform for a fleet of over 1,000 commercial dishwashers, providing remote diagnostics and real-time monitoring. The company has also engineered a vendor-agnostic IoT energy platform that unifies telemetry from 25,000 industrial assets to centralise operational visibility.

“The factory floor is already generating intelligence. The challenge is making that intelligence useful at the point of production,” Chintan Shah, Vice President of Delivery at Azilen Technologies, said.

The company will demonstrate its industrial telemetry and process optimisation systems at the IMTS 2026 trade show in Chicago this September.
