Taiwan-based industrial computing specialist Avalue Technology, has launched a series of industrial desktop computers to support smart manufacturing, featuring a barebone-centric design for faster deployment and validation, expansion with PCIe, M.2, and GPU support, and industrial-grade reliability for continuous operation. All models in the new BMX Series are powered by 14th Gen Intel Core processors and DDR5 memory.
The new series is designed to address space, performance, and expansion requirements for edge AI, smart manufacturing, machine vision, and industrial AI workstation applications. Each barebone configuration is pre-validated to accelerate deployment and system verification.
The BMX-P550 is optimised for space-limited edge environments, featuring a compact 5.7L industrial chassis and includes dual Intel Gigabit Ethernet and PCIe Gen4 x16 expansion.
The BMX-P820A is a Micro-ATX platform designed for real-time AI vision and defect inspection in smart manufacturing environments. It provides PCIe Gen5 x16 GPU support for high-performance AI vision workloads.
The BMX-P850 is designed as a scalable industrial AI workstation to maximise expandability and long-term operational stability for demanding AI applications. It provides support for up to seven full-height expansion slots.
