Allurity, a European cybersecurity group, has acquired MSF Partners, an operational technology security firm specialising in safeguarding business assets and critical infrastructure.
The acquisition strengthens Allurity’s position as a cybersecurity company covering the entire cybersecurity lifecycle. MSF Partners brings expertise in security strategy, posture improvement, and programme implementation with a focus on OT security.
The acquisition is seen as a strategic move to strengthen Allurity’s position in the European cybersecurity market.
Allurity will integrate MSF Partners’ services, including security strategy, risk management, and large transformational programs, with its existing capabilities to provide a comprehensive offering to clients.
MSF Partners, based in Zurich, Switzerland, has experience in industries where security failures could have severe business and societal impact, including energy, mining, manufacturing, and other essential systems.
The acquisition is part of Allurity’s growth strategy across Europe through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The group now has a presence in 18 countries with close to 800 experts.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The acquisition is expected to extend Allurity’s reach into critical infrastructure and operational environments.
