Zenbody RX has entered the telehealth services realm with the introduction of a digital care model designed to make personalized weight management more convenient while keeping clinical oversight central to the patient experience. Currently focused on GLP-1 medications, the platform connects assessment, provider review, individualized treatment, home delivery, and ongoing support in a streamlined care pathway.

With the launch of its telehealth services, Zenbody RX aims to bring a more connected model to telehealth, using technology to simplify access while keeping clinical decision-making and personalized care at the center of the treatment. Licensed clinicians review each patient’s medical history and goals, determine whether treatment is appropriate, and develop an individualized protocol when clinically indicated.

Patients use the Zenbody app to remain connected to their care and track progress, receive coaching, communicate with the care team, and complete regular check-ins throughout treatment.

“We wanted to make getting care simpler without making it feel impersonal,” said Austin Rampt, a representative of Zenbody RX. “Patients should know who is guiding their treatment, understand what comes next, and have someone to turn to along the way. That’s the kind of experience we’re building with Zenbody.”

For a lot of patients, beginning a weight-management program can involve multiple touchpoints, from determining eligibility and selecting a treatment to understanding dosing, follow-up, and next steps. Zenbody RX’s telehealth service was built to bring those elements into a single process so patients can have a clearer sense of where they are in their care and what comes next.

The process begins with a short online intake covering the patient’s goals and medical history. The assessment typically takes about three minutes and does not require a commitment to begin treatment.

A licensed provider then reviews the submitted information, generally within 24 hours, and determines the appropriate protocol based on the patient’s goals and medical needs. When prescribed, medication is shipped discreetly to the patient’s home, typically within two days.

Beyond medication delivery, Zenbody RX extends care by giving patients continued access to tools and support throughout treatment. Through the app, patients can monitor their progress, stay in contact with the care team, and complete routine check-ins that help providers follow how treatment is progressing over time.

As treatment progresses, licensed clinicians can review how patients are responding, make clinically appropriate adjustments, and help them understand how medication fits into a broader care plan. That plan may also include nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplementation, and other individualized recommendations that support the patient’s overall treatment goals.

“Care shouldn’t stop once the medication arrives,” said Rampt. “We want patients to know their treatment can continue to evolve based on how they’re responding, with clinical support available throughout the process.”

Zenbody RX is beginning its telehealth rollout with compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as initial treatment options for eligible weight-management patients. Semaglutide works through the GLP-1 receptor pathway, while tirzepatide acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptor pathways, helping regulate appetite and food intake as part of a clinician-guided treatment plan.

As Zenbody RX continues to grow its telehealth services, the company plans to introduce additional treatment options in the coming months. Planned additions include hormone replacement and longevity peptides, broadening the platform’s scope beyond weight management while maintaining its focus on accessible, clinician-guided care.
