A company has been launched to scale out the LiNK Smart Room Platform. LiNK One Technologies aims to widely commercialise LiNK, which provides an integrated ecosystem designed to unite every dimension of smart patient room technology.

The platform is already in use in a number of hospitals, unifying critical systems from nurse call and EHRs to smart beds, digital whiteboards, RTLS, environmental controls, and medical devices into one scalable, future-ready platform.

LiNK is designed to allow hospitals to source all patient room technologies from one partner without forcing vendor lock-in. Hospitals can continue using the tools they trust while gaining a unifying foundation that makes every system work together. The platform has been built integration-first and adapts to existing infrastructure while preparing hospitals for future innovations.

The aim is that health systems gain one partner to integrate disparate systems — while keeping full control of which vendors and tools they bring into the ecosystem.
