Kaopiz Holdings, a Vietnam-based IT outsourcing and software development company, and Singapore-based health technology firm QuantumTX have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to co-develop next-generation preventive healthcare systems powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT engineering, and advanced health data platforms.
The AI-powered IoT healthcare systems are geared specifically at Asia’s aging population.
QuantumTX has a proprietary technology called MitoCharge technology, a clinically researched muscle-mitochondria activation system. MitoCharge is designed to deliver the physiological benefits of exercise without physical stress, aimed at the world’s rapidly ageing population.
Under the collaboration, Kaopiz’s team of software engineers and IoT specialists will research, design, develop, and maintain software systems that are deeply integrated with QuantumTX’s IoT medical devices, targeting the healthcare and rehabilitation sector. Kaopiz will embed advanced AI, cloud computing, and data analytics capabilities into QuantumTX’s medical device ecosystem, with the goal of enabling predictive health insights, personalized rehabilitation guidance, and remote patient monitoring at scale.
The CEOs of both companies touted the collaboration as important for their countries’ aging populations.
“Partnering with Kaopiz accelerates our next-generation product development while opening the door for MitoCharge technology to reach users across Vietnam and Southeast Asia,” said Ivan Goh, CEO of QuantumTX.
“Population aging is a shared challenge that both Vietnam and Singapore must solve, and we believe technology is the key,’’ said Le Van Hoang, CEO of Kaopiz Holdings.
He added that Kaopiz is committed to leveraging its expertise in software, AI, and IoT to co-develop next-generation healthcare systems with QuantumTX and serve millions of people worldwide.
This companies said the partnership marks a tangible step in translating government-level bilateral commitment into commercial technology co-development. It has a direct focus on healthcare innovation that addresses one of the most pressing demographic challenges shared by both Vietnam and Singapore.
Kaopiz said the partnership aligns directly with its broader growth vision for 2026, which prioritizes deeper expansion into international markets, strengthening AI capabilities, and building sustainable global partnerships.
The collaboration spans three strategic pillars:
- IoT Device & Software Development: Kaopiz will research, design, develop, and maintain software solutions integrated with QuantumTX’s IoT devices, serving the healthcare and medical rehabilitation sector.
- Technical Support & Information Exchange: Kaopiz will support QuantumTX in embedding advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics, into its medical device ecosystem, while both parties collaborate to uphold applicable healthcare data security standards.
- Market Development: Both companies will jointly promote their combined solutions to partners and customers across Vietnam, Singapore, and broader international markets, and will co-participate in relevant healthcare technology projects, conferences, and exhibitions.
The MOU was signed at the Vietnam-Singapore Tech Connect Forum in Singapore in front of top government officials , underscoring its importance in cross-border digital health initiatives.
