Smart Hospital tech provider Artisight announced it has acquired TMG Global, a technology services firm that provides healthcare infrastructure, site readiness, and large-scale technology deployments. The acquisition strengthens Artisight’s ability to integrate smart hospital technology across complex clinical environments in leading U.S. hospitals, the company said.
Through this acquisition, Artisight brings TMG Global’s deployment expertise in-house, with the goal of giving health systems a single team accountable for every phase of implementation from initial site assessment and infrastructure planning through installation, testing, training, and clinical handoff. The move enhances Artisight’s operational capabilities and supports the company’s next phase of growth.

“Smart hospitals represent the next era of healthcare—where intelligent infrastructure becomes a foundation for better, safer, and more efficient care,” said Dr. Andrew Gostine, co-founder and CEO of Artisight. “TMG’s forward deployment engineers have demonstrated a deep understanding of what it takes to implement our technology across large, complex health systems. Bringing this team into Artisight strengthens our ability to deliver a seamless customer experience, accelerate enterprise-wide deployments, and help health systems more quickly realize the full value of the Artisight platform.”
TMG’s team brings experience across the full deployment lifecycle, including program and project management, clinical-space and MDF/IDF infrastructure surveys, remediation roadmaps, hardware logistics and staging, device and network installation, testing and validation, and Day 1 support.
Artisight said that in tandem with TMG, the two entities aim to usher in a new era of hospital infrastructure, where rooms are equipped with smart technology that supports patients and care teams through every moment of a hospital stay.
Chicago, Ill.-based Artisight has an AI-powered platform that is designed to embed computer vision, machine learning, and natural language processing directly into clinical environments. Built on proprietary edge AI infrastructure and developed in partnership with clinicians, Artisight aims to help health systems improve patient safety, reduce care team burden, and optimize hospital operations at scale, in real time, and without disrupting existing workflows.
In May, Artisight was selected as a winner of the “Best Care Delivery Platform” in the 10th annual MedTech Breakthrough Awards program.
